Taigoo supply worldwide quality control service
Taigoo QC conducts visual and dimensional inspections of the following criteria:
1) The control of conformity: consists of judging the general appearance of the product with the conformity of the customer’s technical specification
2) Control of quality: consists of counting the number of defective products in the sample and defining the category of the recorded flaws (critical, major or minor). Assembly errors, marking errors, finishing errors, printing errors…
3) Control of size: consists of taking different measurements of the product and comparing them to the technical specification
4) Control of packaging and labeling: consists of verifying if the packaging conforms to the demands of the client (symbol, quantity per container, specific packaging…) and verifying if the packaging is adapted to eliminate any possible damage during the transport.
On-site inspection:
Two kinds of inspections can be conducted:
1) Inspection during production (In-line inspection)
Takes place during the process of manufacturing. This type of inspection allows Taigoo to rectify any quality demands that are not being upheld and improvements to be made during production. This inspection takes place when 25% of the merchandise has been produced. This type of control is advised when one is unfamiliar with the manufacturer's reliability.
2) Post-production inspection (Final inspection)
Takes place when 100% of the merchandise has been produced (80% packaged). A random selection of products is taken from the order to assure a representative sampling. The quality inspectors compare the conformity of the product with a sample validated by the client as well as a set of technical data. These inspections can take place in the factory or at the freight company. |
